The Legislative Assembly may, by resolution at a general meeting, establish Standing Committees of the Society.
A Standing Committee will be convened to deal with general matters as determined by the appropriate Committee Terms of Reference contained in the Society Operating Policies.
The Standing Committee remains in existence until dissolved by the Legislative Assembly, by resolution at a general meeting.
The Standing Committee is chaired by an individual appointed or elected to the position in accordance with the Committee Terms of Reference contained in the Society Operating Policies. Committee members are appointed or elected to the committee in accordance with the Committee Terms of Reference contained in the Society Operating Policies.
