Please see the attachment for the BCSS Extraordinary Meeting Package. The Meeting will be held on December 12th, 2017 at 7:00pm at Fortius Sport & Health - 4th Floor Calgary Room.
Avdanced, Proxy & In Person voting will be in effect as per the BCSS Bylaws. Advanced Voting Pins will go out to all member school Administrators the morning of November 29th, 2017. Advanced Voting will be open November 29th at 12:00pm (noon) and will close December 8th at 12:00pm (noon). Please check who your administrator is listed as in STARS and let the BCSS office know if it is incorrect.
